The Devil Is Wiser Than You

The devil really does not care about who you serve, so far it is not God. The truth of the whole matter is that if you do not serve the God that is right, the devil is the only god that is left.

He knows you as much as you know yourself, in fact even more than you do know yourself. That tells you that he is way older, smarter and more intelligent than you.

You are more complex than you think, this world is more than meet the eye. It is not as black and white as it seems.

They devil is working, moving around looking for whom to devour and you are there zealously hugging him while he stabs you from behind and you say you are wise and the gospel is too dumb for you or you can't just submit yourself to some religious assumptions. "Isaiah 47:10- For thou hast trusted in thy wickedness: thou hast said, none sees me. Thy wisdom and thy knowledge, it hath perverted thee; and thou hast said in thine heart, I am, and none else besides me." If you can't recognize the devil without his horns, you are in trouble.

Listen carefully, the devil is expressly, out rightly, long way older, wiser than you, it takes someone who is, who was and is to come, who has been before the foundation of the world was laid, before the devil himself was, it takes someone older than the devil to beat him at his game. "John1:1-In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. Vs.14- And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth."

You can choose to ignore and try to form some intellectual bad guy, but trust me on this, the blindness of the soul is not something that going to get a degree in philosophy, reading all the books about theology, or understanding all about psychology, can do. You can have a degree in philosophy and not know still the basic things of reality, you may know all about theology and not know the savior, and you may know psychology and still can't fathom the principles of the God-head. You can gain all the degrees and still not have your o levels in God. You may think you know all the reason for the existence of religion even in their varieties and differences and yet not know the state of mankind and the need for salvation. See, the blindness of the soul can only be removed by God. "Ephesians 1:17-18- That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints…"

Jesus is the edge you have over the devil, if do not know Jesus, you are in for a big trouble. Trust me.

You can't get your soul out of darkness yourself, it takes someone in the light to shine light to someone in the dark. "In Him was life and that life was the light of men-John1:4" You need to drop your pride and humble yourself before the Lord.

Wen you are being spoken to about Christ, about the salvation that your soul needs, about the saving work of Jesus on the cross, you say its religion, you says you have urs and u don't do dat piece of crap, dat u cant follow that ideology, there are various versions of the same idea. 

Religion is nothing but deceit, a device by the devil to cover the gateway to salvation dats y u have different religions around. Think about it, how cool is the devil if he can make u think there r many ways to which you can get connected to God? or how hot is he if he can sit around to watch yu really have freedom from different angles? Didn't get dat? Do u not know that its not about God and satan, but satan and man. If the devil is known to be d eternally condemned bad guy, do u think he will stay put seeing God manifest Himself in you? Trust me, You'd do anything to deceive your siblings from knowing which plate of food exactly has the meat on it.
Haven't u noticed that the whole world religions are against one truth- Christ?

See, religion is the devil being nice with you, but in the real sense, he's not being nice, he's leading you to stand condemned as himself. The devil doesn't have horns, he's very beautiful as the bible describes him, his evil nature gave people the concept horns. So if you have d conception of a devil without horns, thats religion, the real hornless satan. The evils around you, war, famine, poverty, sickness, etc are distractions, they are the devil with horns that lead you to the devil without horns, the real devil-religion. They don't lead you to the truth. That's why, even as a rich man with seemingly no problem and you have no Jesus, all yu have is a hornless devil, your soul is still in darkness. Rich or no rich, comfortable or not, morally upright or not, good or evil, if you are without Christ, you are separated from God and united with the devil with or without horns.

Subject yourself no longer to deceit. Come get saved from darkness and doom, come to Jesus, the way, the truth and the life. Come and be saved from confusion and deceit. Jesus Loves You. He died for your sins and iniquities, so dat u may be reconciled back to God, for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son, that whosoever believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16.
This Is the Gospel, that Jesus died so that you may die to sin and the devil, and He rose up the third day so that you may reign in victory and righteousness and on right standing with God.

Give Your Life To Christ Today.

Know the son and you will Get the father's attention

Everybody wants to know God, everybody wants to do something or somethings to please and earn the good side of their maker. But now that the father has established a yardstick for the salvation of mankind, do not you think that your own standard is nothing but dung? God will definitely not judge you based on your own terms but his own terms. If you think you can get to heaven by doing good deeds and all those self-righteous things, you are playing with your eternity. God has set the standard, it is like a very but umbrella that never runs out of space, you see it everyday, but you prefer to ignore it and stay in the rain. God is holding the umbrella, yet you have refused to get in. If you are not under the umbrella, you will be beaten. Only those under the provision of the father can be safely led home. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth and the life, no one gets to the father except through me. John14:6. 

You better get under the canopy of salvation and be safely led to the presence of the father. Give your life to Christ today. God bless you!

The Choice

The good choice and the right choice.

Many times we tend to vote for the good choice over the right choice. In case you don't know, good is now subjective to the object. I choose what’s good for me and you choose what’s good for you. We are OK so far your good doesn't tackle mine. Now, the fact that you my opinion about a matter is good to me doesn't necessarily mean it is right. The good can be individually determined, but the right isn't. We all make choices, and as the saying goes, your choices either make or mar you.

Listen to this, many times, we think that this world is culminated by the struggle of the opposites, good and bad, right and wrong. Nah! It is a struggle between good and right, bad and wrong, think about it.

Read carefully between the lines: How would you feel if you found out you have been running the race in the wrong direction? If you found out you have only considered the good and not the right? That you have misconceived the right thing? That what you thought was right was never right and you have declined the proposal of the right straight at his face?

This is it, everyone knows that man is in a state of fallen-ness and absolute separation from God and we all are seeking for ways to please and get close to Him to secure our after-life. The question is: How would you feel if at the end you found out that you have only succeeded in running away from the person you have been trying to get close to? What an irony!  What if you found out that you have boldly said a NO! To the God you have always wanted to know?

“John1:11-He came to His own and His own did not receive Him.” The truth is staring right at you and you are staring back at it, you'd either choose to accept or reject, you either choose to get closer to him or move farther from Him.

“John3:16-18-For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son, that whosoever believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send His son to condemn the world but that the world may be saved through Him. Whosoever believes in Him is not condemned but whosoever does not believe in Him is condemned already because he has not believed in the only son of God.”

This is the gospel that saves. Believe and be saved.

Heart broken, rejected, alone, frustrated, deserted, you feel so bad because you think no one cares for you, you think no one sees your pain, you think you are alone in the struggle and pain. you are distressed and you feel that the whole world is coming down on you, you alone, you feel your life is crumbling and everything seem to be disordered. This state of mind has affected you so much that you have cut yourself from everyone and even people consider you to be a miser, a loser. Maybe the situation has made you friendly with the unfriendly things and you have sought for love in men, in drugs, in the club, in brothels, you have sought for the right thing in the wrong places. Perhaps you have gone through many ordeals, you have been exposed to many wrong things and the truth, the right things become in-achievable and impossible feat for. You find it difficult to accommodate the idea of a better life, you see a perfect love to be an impossible reality. you have experienced many lies to accept the truth. 

Listen today, there is a life, a life of absolute righteousness, peace and joy. This life, this reality is a reality of hope, a reality of love, a reality of faith. See, you may think that that which you give yourself to is true, but the truth is that, you cannot be satisfied outside the confines of the God-life. This God-life is characterized by love. What you need is genuine love, Christ Jesus gives this love. Matthew 11:28-30-Come to me all ye that labor and are heavy laden and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

Jesus loves you very much, he is the high priest that shares in the affliction of his own. He knows what you are going through, he is fully aware of your ordeal and issues, he is the very good friend in times of trouble. he reaches out to you today, it time for you to accept his offering. Come just as you are- No one who comes to Christ will be by any means cast away- John 6:37.

You say that truth is relative, that what I hold to be true is definitely can't be what you will hold to be true. My idea of truth should therefore not be shoved down into your head because you believe that even that which you hold to as truth is having the same tendency of being the truth as that which I hold as truth. In other words, no one knows what is the actual truth, everyone is just basking in the truth which they were brought up in. By implication, you are multiplying the versions of truth, truth then becomes multifarious, it becomes a multi faceted concept, you hold truth to be what the individual makes of it. If that is the case, then lie becomes undetermined and unidentified because everybody creates his truth. The availability of the truth gives way for the existence of the lie. Where there are so many claiming truths, how do you identify the lie? But what if there was a truth which is the only truth? would it not be possible to identify the lie? Know "THE TRUTH" and you'd know "THE LIE". In a world where there are many religions, where each one claims to be a truth on its own, it is quite difficult to know which one(s) is(are) (a) lie(s). There can only be one truth, others would only be lies in truth disguise. "I Am The Way, The Truth and The Life, no one goes to the father except through me-(Jesus)- John 14:6. This is the declaration of the truth before your eyes. Do not be deceived, these are the days when the truth shall be revealed to many, many shall embrace the truth to their salvation and many shall reject the truth to their destruction, for there is a way that seems right (like the truth) to a man, but the end thereof is destruction. Jesus is THE TRUTH, not a truth. He is not a religion ( a way of life ), he is the way, the truth and the life.

When you look you at the world, what do you see? When you look at the unsaved people what do you see? When you  relate  with  your  unsaved  friends,  what  do  you  see?  Do  you  just  see  people  who  are  living  their  lives  in struggle or ease, failure or success or what have you? Or do you see souls that are perishing, souls without Christ that are lost and dead? Do you see people who are blind, whose eyes need to be opened, veiled, needing to be unveiled? What do you see? 

The world as we have it now is filled with evil and this affects people in diverse ways. There is war, terrorism, global financial meltdown, family separations, betrayal deceit and all and you are smack in the middle of it all. You definitely cannot stop the war because it is written in the scriptures that these things will happen in the  end  of  times (Matthew  24:6-7-You  will  hear  of  wars  and  rumors  of  wars.  Make  sure  that  you  are  not alarmed, for this must happen, but the end is still to come. For nation will rise up in arms against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines and earthquakes in various places.) But you have a part to play in the whole universal rumble. You have life to give to people in this world situation,  you share joy, peace and love of Christ with people even as they pass through the ups and downs of this world.  

These  things  will  end,  war,  strife,  insecurity,  instability,  evil,  everything  will  end,  but  these  things  remain forever- Faith, hope and love. They cannot have peace, joy and experience true love except they are in Christ. Faith connects you with Christ, Hope keeps you going with the mind that there is a better future after the ‘now’, and the love of Christ breeds eternal peace and joy. The world is waiting for you to give them these. It is in you, it is on you. (Romans 8:19-21- For the creation awaits in eager expectation for the sons of God to be revealed. For the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own will, but by the will of the one who subjected it, in  hope  that  the  creation  itself  will  be  liberated  from  its  bondage  to  decay  and  brought  into  the glorious freedom of the children of God.) For this reason you exist, for this you have been made alive by the redeeming blood of Christ.  

For we are not of those who lurk in darkness and are subdued, we are not of those who try to hide their light under the bushel, but we are of those who rise up on the hill to be seen by all, those who shine their lights into every dark area, those who are not ashamed of the gospel, those who have not received the spirit of fear but of boldness, love and of sound mind, those who are saved and have risen up for the salvation of others, we are the true ambassadors of Christ, We are the righteous ones who bring the news of righteousness, we are people with beautiful feet, we are workmen that are not ashamed and correctly handle the word of truth, we are those who have put on fully the armor of God, those who stand firm with the belt of truth buckled around their waists, with the breastplate of righteousness intact, whose feet are fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. We are those that have been prepared to bring the gospel to the ends of the earth, we are the sons of God.

called with the ultimate calling.

(Mark16:15-16- He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. The one who believes and is baptized will be saved, but the one who does not believe will be condemned.)

They think that if God doesn't need me so desperately, he wouldn't keep sending messages to me about my life, or to stop sinning. Listen, you do not do God any favor by giving your life to Christ rather, you do yourself a great deal of favor by giving your life to Christ or by living a holy sanctified life that he has called you to live. See, God does not call you to salvation because you have one valuable stuff or whatever to give to him . He doesn't NEED you! get to understand that today. So if you have the privilege to function in His presence, to be called to salvation, do not think some people are begging you to do something or not to do something. "Hebrews 2:6-What is man that you are mindful of him? what is he that you visit him?" His love for you has made him to honor you so much to pay the price for your sin, to take your doom upon himself, so do not take it for granted. in fact, it is the other way round, you are the one who actually needs God in the real sense to save you from the doom which sin has placed on you from the beginning of time, but you do not want him. Now, he wants you, he lovingly wants to save you.

Many times we think we can actually handles some things ourselves, but the truth remains that we can't handle the wheels without bashing on other cars. We have a pile of speed tickets, serious dents all over ours cars and we can't just seem to stop, and we can't help but to keep getting more dents and tickets.
If we say we do not have challenges, we lie and the truth is not in us. The world would tell you that there are two people you cannot deceive, God and yourself, I say no, there is only one person you cannot deceive, God. When you fail to accept the truth, when false beliefs and lies linger for a long time, you begin to accept it as truth, thereby deceiving yourself. You know you definitely have so many issues up your sleeves, you can't handle yourself. Serious stuffs that you can’t tell nobody, your mum, dad, brother, sister, fiancé, husband, wife, friends, family, do not know, it is killing you from within, issues that only you know about, situations that are not revealed but having revealed effects, struggles that make you weep when you are alone. You smile in the gathering of people but when it remains you alone, all you do is cry your eye balls out. There is someone who is willing, in fact more than willing to let these things all go away in an instant only if you can trust Him. I can say that because, in my darkest hour, when I had no one to turn to, I turned to Him, in my struggles, when all thought I was well and though, but I wasn’t, I trusted Him, those times when I had issues, internal personal issues i couldn't even tell my folks, I took refuge in Him.

Listen he says, I stand at the door knocking, if anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in, dine with Him and He with me. Come to me all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

His name is Jesus. Well, you must have heard of Him, perhaps you even have your own opinion about him, but I tell you today that, if trusting and believing in Him is not one of those opinions you have about him, I suggest you drop them, because He loves you more than whatever, whoever loves you right now, even more than you love yourself. All you got to do is to trust in Him, believe in him, and see if all won't be well.
Whether you are a believer who is struggling with a particular sin or whatever, just trust him. Stop trying so hard, stop trusting on the flesh, stop the struggle, and just trust in him. It is not by power or by strength, but by the spirit, says the Lord.

And if you are an unbeliever, it is high time you started looking beyond religion which the devil uses in covering the truth, and start looking at the Lord Jesus, Who gave His life so that you can be saved. HE LOVES YOU, HE CARES FOR YOU. Let Jesus man the wheels of your life.

Knowing God

Knowing God

If Knowledge is power, then the knowledge of God gives the greatest power man can ever have.

I said that some people call God and they do not even know Him.

Take this instance: If you bought a phone wouldn't you rather have the manual read and know what you have bought, than just operating it and making use of only a few functions of the phone. As youths, you know that when you get a phone or any other gadget, the more of the functions you know, the more you can personalize it and make it difficult for others to operate. And for mothers, fathers and old people, they get big phones like iPad, iPhone, Bb and all they use it for is to make phone calls, mgs, and take pictures, and other vital functions are neglected and then you wonder why they got that big phone in the first place and why not the ones they can easily operate and still have the random functions they need? If you go deeper, you'll find out that most of our parents get these high level phones they can't even operate because they want to fit in with their friends, or because they have the money to buy it. Note: You can get the most out of what you have only if you know it well.

See, many Christians are like this, they serve a God they do not know. You calling the name of someone doesn't imply that you know that person. It takes a Long term, perpetual and patient relationship with that person before you know him.

You shouldn't be a Christian because you were born into a Christian home or by circumstance. You should be a Christian by conviction, by knowledge, understanding what you were called for. But how do you want to understand what you do not even know? Do not be that person who gets a phone because he wants it, be that person that gets a phone because he needs it.  Being a Christian by knowledge entails you knowing who you are, and you can't know who you are without knowing who your God is because your identity lies in Him. Until you realize your identity in Christ you cannot live that victorious life God wants you to live. Take for instance: As a citizen of Nigeria and you KNOW your constitutional rights, which not being detained over 24 hours is a part, would you allow any officer to ride you over that right? Absolutely not. Such it is in Christ, the more you know and understand what he has for you and your heritage in Christ, you won't allow any demon ride you over. But because you don't know, you are vulnerable and you open yourself to being taken advantage of, all because of your ignorance. Little wonder the devil uses and deals with you as he wishes.  Those who know their God shall do exploits.

The mind of man is deep, a lifetime is not enough to know and understand it. If man is like that, how deep do you think He that created man will be? Wao! And everything in that depth is kept there for you. How do you want to know what is in that depth if you do not go into the depth.

1Cor. 2:9-12(But just as it is written, “Things that no eye has seen, or ear heard, or mind imagined, are the things God has prepared for those who love him.” God has revealed these to us by the Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God. For who among men knows the things of a man except the man’s spirit within him? So too, no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God. Now we have not received the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may know the things that are freely given to us by God.)

How does the spirit want to reveal this in depth identity of our which is sealed in Christ to us if we do not even know Him? We want God to open himself to us but do not want to open ourselves to him. Sometimes I just wonder what actually holds people from having that expected relationship with God. This world keeps people away from the word. ( For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor heavenly rulers, nor things that are present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor anything else in creation will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord. Rom. 8:38-39)

Many believers have forgotten this, and have allowed minor, ethereal things to push them away from the love of God.

It's high time you created a relationship between you and your God, talk to him often and let him talk to you. Trust me, nothing is so sweet and refreshing than having a good time out with God.

(Ephesians 1:17-19) I pray that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you spiritual wisdom and revelation in your growing knowledge of him, since the eyes of your heart have been enlightened – so that you may know what is the hope of his calling, what is the wealth of his glorious inheritance in the saints, and what is the incomparable greatness of his power toward us who believe, as displayed in the exercise of his immense strength.
